Cancelation Policy/ late clients

✅Due to excessive last minute cancellations- as of 3/1/24 we are implementing a mandatory 24 hour notice for cancellations- 

the therapist is out income that can’t be made up when someone cancels last min. So I’m hoping this will offset that loss . 

if less than 24 hour notice a $40 extra fee will be charged if client wants to reschedule. 

✅If  a client is late for a confirmed session- the client must pay  for the time  originally booked - ( not receiving because they were late) as the therapist set aside the full time for the client
